Ingredients

For the Salmon:

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

For the Lemon Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Lemon Dill Sauce:

    - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey (if using).

      - Mix well until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate while you prepare the salmon.

        Season the Salmon:

          - Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

            - In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

              - Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated on all sides.

                Preheat the Air Fryer:

                  - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

                    Cook the Salmon:

                      - Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook them in batches.

                        - Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

                          Serve:

                            - Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and plate it.

                              - Serve hot, drizzled with the chilled lemon dill sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.

                                Enjoy!

                                  - Squeeze additional lemon over the top if desired, and enjoy your fresh, zesty salmon!
