Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces sliced turkey breast

4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface or a large cutting board.

Spread the Cream Cheese: Evenly spread a layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges for easy rolling.

Season the Cream Cheese: Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the cream cheese on each tortilla for added flavor.

Layer Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese, layer the sliced turkey breast, cheddar cheese, spinach leaves, bell pepper slices, and black olives if using. Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed across the tortilla.

Roll It Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll.

Slice the Pinwheels: Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels. You should get about 8 pinwheels from each tortilla.

Serve: Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. You can serve them as is or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up, which makes them easier to slice.

Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
