1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus extra for drizzling)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 refrigerated biscuit dough rounds (like Pillsbury)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Chicken: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the chicken breasts to a boil in a pot of salted water. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and shred the chicken using two forks.

      Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1 cup of buffalo wing sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Prepare the Biscuit Base: Open the biscuit dough and separate the rounds. Use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit slightly to make them more slider-friendly.

          Assemble the Sliders: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place 6 of the biscuit rounds down as the base. Spoon a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each biscuit. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then place the remaining biscuit rounds on top to form the sliders.

            Season the Sliders: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture on top of each biscuit slider.

              Bake: Bake sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
