Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

8 ounces deli meats (such as salami, prosciutto, and turkey)

1 cup assorted cheeses (cheddar, gouda, and brie)

1/2 cup assorted olives (black and green)

1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup pickles or gherkins, thinly sliced

1/4 cup arugula or spinach

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as rosemary or basil)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas:

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

      Spread the Cream Cheese:

Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread an even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Layer the Ingredients:

Start layering the deli meats on top of the cream cheese. Arrange them in a way that covers most of the tortilla but still leaves space around the edges. Follow with layers of assorted cheeses, olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, pickles, and arugula or spinach.

              Add the Mustard:

Drizzle a little Dijon mustard over the top of the layered ingredients. Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.

                  Roll It Up:

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a burrito-like shape.

                      Slice for Serving:

Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the slices on a platter, standing upright or lying flat for a beautiful presentation.

                          Garnish and Enjoy:

Finish off the platter with sprigs of fresh herbs for a pop of color. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
