1 cup of fresh spinach leaves

1 cup of mixed greens (arugula, romaine, etc.)

1 can (5 oz) of tuna in olive oil (drained)

1 cup of fresh cherries, pitted and halved

1/2 cup of cucumber, diced

1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup of walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Greens: In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach leaves and mixed greens. Toss gently to mix them.
