Cold Greek Chicken Salad Wraps

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh baby spinach leaves, for serving

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

    Combine the Chicken and Veggies: Add the shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced olives, and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl with the dressing. Gently fold all the ingredients together until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.

      Assemble the Wraps: Take a tortilla and spread a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves in the center. Scoop a generous portion of the Greek chicken salad mixture onto the spinach.
