Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Avocado: Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Combine Ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, parsley, salt, and pepper to the blender.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Adjust Consistency: If the dressing is too thick, add a little more buttermilk (one tablespoon at a time) until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Season: Taste the dressing and adjust the salt and pepper as needed, or add more lemon juice for extra tanginess.

Garnish (Optional): If you like, stir in fresh chopped chives for added flavor and visual appeal.

Chill and Serve: Transfer the dressing to a serving bowl or container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
