1 large cucumber

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic (minced)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

4 large whole-wheat tortillas (or wraps of choice)

1 cup mixed greens (arugula or spinach work well)

1/2 red bell pepper (sliced thinly)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Creamy Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Slice the Cucumber: Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Using a vegetable peeler, remove alternate strips of skin for decoration, then slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a generous layer of the creamy dill mixture over the entire tortilla.
