1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crispiness)

2 large eggs, beaten

Cooking spray (or olive oil spray)

For the Zesty Ranch Dip:

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor and tenderness.

    Prepare the Breading: Set up a breading station. In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Chicken: Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere. Repeat until all chicken tenders are breaded.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
