14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 carrots, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch (for crispiness)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu:

    - Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

      Marinate the Tofu:

        - In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and optional honey/maple syrup. Add the cubed tofu and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

          Coat the Tofu:

            - After marinating, dust the tofu cubes with cornstarch. This will help achieve that crispy texture when air-frying.

              Air Fry the Tofu:

                - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
