¼ cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for added heat)
