1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, and thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by slicing the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Set everything aside for easy access while cooking.
