Ingredients

2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust according to sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: Chopped mint for garnish

Instructions

Blend the Mango: In a blender or food processor, add the chopped mangoes and blend until smooth and creamy. You can reserve a small amount of chopped mango for swirling later if desired.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully integrated and the mix is smooth.

Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the blended mango puree into the yogurt mixture until well combined, leaving a few swirls of mango for a beautiful marbled effect.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mango-yogurt mixture into popsicle molds. If you reserved any chopped mango, drop a few pieces into each mold for added texture and flavor.

Insert Sticks: If your molds have a removable insert for sticks, place them in now. If not, simply insert wooden sticks or plastic spoons into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid. For best results, freeze overnight.

Serve: To unmold the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds until they loosen. Carefully pull the pops out and enjoy! Optional: sprinkle with chopped mint for a refreshing touch.
