Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

Juice of 1 lime

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Begin by washing and slicing the strawberries and kiwis. Place them aside for later use.

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, sliced kiwis, coconut water, honey (if using), Greek yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste & Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave. Blend again briefly if you added extra sweetener.

Layer the Pops: To create a visually appealing pop, pour a small amount of the smoothie mixture into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Then, add a few slices of strawberries and kiwis as a layer. Pour more smoothie mixture on top until each mold is about three-quarters full.

Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and carefully place them in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the pops. Gently pull the pops out, and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Pops!
