Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Clusters: Using a spoon, place dollops of the yogurt mixture onto each banana slice, making sure to cover them well. You can create a nice little mound on top for extra yogurt goodness.

Add Nuts and Chocolate: Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of each yogurt-covered banana slice. If desired, add a few mini chocolate chips for a touch of sweetness.

Freeze: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is solid.

Serve: Once frozen, gently remove the Banana Nut Bliss Bites from the parchment paper. Serve immediately for a delicious treat or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Enjoy! Pop one in your mouth whenever you're in need of a refreshing snack!
