Ingredients

1 pound of fresh seedless grapes (red or green, or a mix)

2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (whole or low-fat, your choice)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles

Instructions

Prep the Grapes: Start by washing the grapes thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel and remove any stems.

Make the Yogurt Coating: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Coat the Grapes: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Dip each grape into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Gently shake off any excess yogurt and place the coated grape on the lined baking sheet.

Add Toppings (Optional): If you'd like to add a little crunch or flair, sprinkle your chosen toppings over the yogurt-covered grapes before they freeze.

Freeze the Bites: Once all grapes are coated and placed on the baking sheet, transfer the tray to the freezer. Allow the grapes to freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the grape bites from the freezer. Enjoy them as a refreshing snack or treat! They’re best when served immediately after taking them out; however, they can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
