Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped roughly

1 medium apple, diced (suggested: Honeycrisp or Fuji)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)

1/2 cup granola (for texture and topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh cranberries and diced apples. If you choose to add nuts, include the chopped pecans or walnuts at this stage for added crunch.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

Combine: Gently fold the cranberry-apple mixture into the yogurt base till all the fruit is coated evenly.

Scoop and Shape: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop rounded mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cluster.

Add Granola: Sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt cluster for an extra crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve directly from the freezer for a refreshing snack anytime.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: About 20 clusters
