Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup fresh raspberries

2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tablespoon lime juice for extra zest

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and lime juice (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Fruits: Carefully fold the diced mango and fresh raspberries into the yogurt mixture. You want the fruits to be distributed but not completely pureed.

Disc Formation: Line a baking sheet or a flat dish with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or a silicone mold, scoop the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, forming small discs about 2-3 inches in diameter. Make sure to leave a little space between each disc for even freezing.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet or dish in the freezer and let the discs freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully peel off the discs from the parchment paper. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Garnish (Optional): Before serving, you can sprinkle some crushed pistachios or coconut flakes over the discs for added texture and flavor.
