Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (your choice, but a nutty blend works best)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh fruits for garnish (such as blueberries or strawberries)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.

Gently fold in the granola, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips (if using).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal later. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, dollop the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping them into small clusters.

Scatter a pinch of sea salt over each cluster for enhanced flavor.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-4 hours or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove clusters from the parchment paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

To serve, allow the clusters to sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for easy eating. Garnish with fresh fruits, if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 12 clusters
