Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup, plus extra for drizzling

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Cooking spray or silicone mold for easy removal

Instructions

Prepare the Mixing Bowl: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Add Texture: Fold in the chopped walnuts, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and mini chocolate chips (if using) until evenly dispersed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Mold the Rounds: Lightly spray a silicone mold or ice cube tray with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling them to the top and smoothing out the surfaces.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold: Once frozen solid, gently remove the yogurt rounds from the molds. If needed, run warm water over the outside of the mold for easier release.

Drizzle and Serve: Arrange the maple walnut rounds on a serving platter. Drizzle with additional maple syrup for extra sweetness and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy as a refreshing snack or dessert!
