2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Optional: chopped nuts or crushed espresso beans for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cooled brewed coffee, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

    Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

      Spoon into Molds: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone molds. Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet, creating round discs about 2 inches in diameter. Leave a bit of space between each disc.
