Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mango, peeled and diced

1 cup blueberries

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.

Add the Fruits: Arrange a handful of each fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, and blueberries) on one edge of the tortilla. If using, sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded coconut over the fruits for added texture.

Wrap it Up: Starting from the edge with the fruit, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until fully wrapped. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Slice and Serve: Use a sharp knife to slice the wrap into pinwheels or halves, and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Repeat: Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

Enjoy: Serve chilled or at room temperature as a refreshing snack or light dessert.
