2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Caesar dressing

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 cups spinach, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the chicken mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, Caesar dressing, chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.

        Create the baking mixture: Transfer the chicken-pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

          Top it off: In a separate bowl, mix the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic to the mixture for flavor and combine well. Spread this cheesy breadcrumb topping evenly over the pasta bake.

            Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
