4 large flour tortillas

1 cup button mushrooms, sliced

1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup marinara sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on the parchment-lined baking sheet. These will serve as your pizza bases.

      Sauté the Mushrooms: In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they're golden brown and any released moisture has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Stir in the baby spinach and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.
