Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup chocolate melts (for coating)

Sea salt (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk them together until well blended.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir well until everything is fully combined and a thick batter forms.

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Shape the Truffles: Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the brownie batter and roll them into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place each truffle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the truffles firm up.

Melt Chocolate: While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.

Coat the Truffles: Take the chilled truffles and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork or a toothpick. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Garnish: If desired, sprinkle a few flakes of sea salt on top of the coated truffles before the chocolate sets.

Chill Again: Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Serve & Enjoy: Once set, enjoy your delicious no-bake brownie batter truffles! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
