Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Yogurt Dip:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

A pinch of salt

For the Cinnamon Chips:

4 large flour tortillas

3 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare the Pumpkin Yogurt Dip:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and pumpkin puree. Mix until well blended.

      - Add the maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a pinch of salt.

        - Stir the mixture until smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if desired.

          - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Make the Cinnamon Chips:

              - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

                - In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.

                  - Brush one side of each flour tortilla with melted butter or coconut oil. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered side.

                    - Cut each tortilla into triangles (like pizza slices) and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

                      - Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chips are crispy and lightly golden.

                        Serve:

                          - Remove the dip from the fridge and serve in a bowl, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

                            - Arrange the crunchy cinnamon chips around the dip. Enjoy this deliciously festive snack!
