1 cup shredded purple cabbage

1 large carrot, julienned

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 medium avocado, sliced

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

½ cup hummus (any flavor you prefer)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Veggies: Start by washing all your fresh vegetables thoroughly. Julienne the carrot, slice the cucumbers and bell peppers, and shred the purple cabbage.
