Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, but avoid overmixing.

Form Meatballs: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a platter. You should have about 20 meatballs.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook Meatballs: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t touching each other. You may need to cook them in batches. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).

Heat Marinara Sauce: While the meatballs are cooking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. If desired, you can add fresh herbs or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

Serve: Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the marinara sauce over them. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if using.

Enjoy: Serve these savory air fryer turkey meatballs with extra marinara sauce on the side, perfect for pairing with spaghetti, crusty bread, or over a salad!
