2 lbs chicken wings

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for better air circulation.

    Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This step helps achieve crispy wings. Add baking powder, salt, and pepper; toss until evenly coated.

      Bake the Wings: Spread the wings out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
