2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 large cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 1 cup)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (or pecans)

2 whole wheat tortillas (10-inch)

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup avocado slices or guacamole

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh baby spinach, sliced strawberries, shredded chicken, crumbled feta, and chopped walnuts. Toss gently to mix everything without bruising the strawberries.
