1 cup almond flour

½ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

¼ cup shredded coconut (for coating)

Prepare the Pistachios: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the finely chopped pistachios and almond flour. Mix them well to blend the flavors.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, vanilla extract, and ground cardamom (if using) until smooth and well combined.

      Combine Mixtures: Slowly add the honey mixture to the pistachio-almond mix. Stir well until all the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated and the mixture is sticky enough to form into balls.
