1 lb (450g) ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

Wooden or metal skewers

For the Peach Salsa:

2 ripe peaches, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Prepare the Turkey Skewers:

    - In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

      - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

        Form the Skewers:

          - Divide the turkey mixture into equal portions and mold each portion around the skewers, shaping them into elongated patties. Make sure the turkey is evenly distributed and firmly packed.

            Make the Peach Salsa:
