Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat the Air Fryer: While the salmon is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Fillets: Once the salmon has marinated, remove the fillets from the marinade and let any excess drip off. If desired, sprinkle a little more salt and pepper on top for added seasoning.

Cook in the Air Fryer: Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure even cooking. Spray the fillets lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Air Fry: Cook the salmon fillets in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired level of doneness.

Garnish and Serve: Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to plates. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
