1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare the Zucchini: Using a grater, finely grate the zucchini. Place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible. This step is crucial to avoid soggy nuggets.
